ANJA VON TREUENFELS

Anja discovered yoga and breathwork in 2017 during an extended trip through Southeast Asia. Back in Zurich, these tools initially helped her manage her own stressful daily life as a consultant. Driven by the desire to share her knowledge, she decided to pursue a yoga teacher training and later also became a breathwork facilitator.
Anja teaches Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga and occasionally offers breathwork workshops.
In her classes, Anja helps her students leave stress behind and come into the present moment, drawing on her experiences in Hatha Yoga and breathwork.
