Anja discovered yoga and breathwork in 2017 during a long trip through Southeast Asia. Back in Zurich, these tools initially helped her in her own stressful everyday life as a consultant. Convinced that she wanted to pass on her experiences, she finally decided to train as a yoga teacher and then as a breathwork facilitator.

This Hatha yoga course goes beyond pure asana practice. We integrate pranayama (breathing exercises), kriyas (cleansing techniques) and meditation at the beginning and end of the session to balance your nervous system and calm the mind. The asana practice in the middle of the course helps you open your body and release physical tension.

By combining these techniques, you will reduce stress and feel grounded and refreshed.

This course is suitable for both beginners and advanced students.
