JELENA TANIS

Jelena is a passionate yoga student and teacher and teaches Hatha-Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin and pregnancy yoga. In the summer she also teaches SUP yoga (stand up paddle yoga).

​

After many years in the corporate business world, she set off on a healing journey and yoga has always been a safe haven for her. Kundalini and Yin yoga in particular have always fascinated her. When Jelena completed her first yoga training in Brazil, it was clear to her that she would like to pass on her knowledge and experience one day in order to help other people on their path.

 

Jelena works according to the Body, Mind & Spirit triangle concept, which is based on the fact that all three elements should be integrated in a healing process. This is also reflected in her sequences and therapies. Through her career, she has developed special sequences for stress management and nervous system regulation, among other things, and works a lot with people who are active in the business world.

During her healing journey and path, she was able to learn many different therapies and healing practices from different teachers, initially for her own healing process but then also to pass them on.

​

Jelena is, among other things, a Thetahealing therapist, Dorn-Breuss therapist and Chakra Healing Practitioner.

​

She will be teaching the Friday lunchtime Kundalini class from the end of November.
